Place the tool into the Mini Cooper's data link connector, located under the vehicle's dashboard.
Turn on the Mini's ignition.
Wait for the screen on the tool to illuminate, and find "Mini" using the tool's scroll buttons, then press the "OK" button.
Find the "Mini Cooper" model using the scroll buttons and then press the "OK" button.
Scroll down to "Reset of Service Warning Light" and press "OK.".
Wait for the screen to display "Reset Ok!"
Turn off the Mini's ignition and detach the Service Light Plus airbag reset tool.
