How to make Watermelon Sweet Sour Sauce With Lobster Rolls


Serve home made Lobster Rolls with a new tasting dip, at your next card party, or at your teens party for a healthy snack or even a part of a meal. Until you have tasted the Sweet Sour Sauce mixed with watermelon. Try it and you will be sure to enjoy it!

Step One

Toss together the lobster meat, cabbage, scallions and Hoisin sauce.

Step Two

Divide into long mounds across the diagonal of the wrappers

Step Three

Leave enough space at each end of wrap to fold over the filling to enclose tightly when rolled up.

Step Four

Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold the short ends over the filling.

Step Five

Roll the wrapper from the bottom to enclose the filling completely and tightly. The water will act like glue to seal the edges.

Step Six

Deep fry the Spring Rolls in 360-degree oil such as rice bran oil, peanut oil or canola oil.

Step Seven

Remove them from the oil, drain quickly on paper towel and then dust with the sesame seeds.

Step Eight

Serve with Watermelon Sesame Sweet Sour Sauce.
