Removing kitchen odours keeps the kitchen the heart of a home is the kitchen. That may well be true, but next to the bathroom, it is easily the slinkiest room in your home. Handling and cooking some foods may leave strong smells in the kitchen. Here are some quick tips to quickly remove odors from your kitchen.
Try cooking apples to remove the odor from deep frying. One of the biggest culprits for causing unpleasant odors in the kitchen is deep frying on your stove top. To prevent the deep fry odor, simply core and slice an apple into thin layers, you can do this while the oil is heating up on the stove. Before frying, submerge the apple slices in the oil and cook them. When the apple slices turn brown, you're all set to fry.
Boil spices such as cloves, cinnamon or nutmeg in water or white vinegar. Continue boiling for 20 or 30 minutes, or until your fish smell is completely gone. I prefer water, because boiling vinegar can get smelly in its own right.
