Web browsers store cookies from websites you visit on your computer. Cookies can store a website’s preferences, your login state on the site or track your browsing activity across a website. Many websites, particularly ones that require you log in, need cookies enabled in your browser before you can log in. Cookies are enabled by default on all major browsers, but you can also enable them if they’ve been disabled from your browser’s options window.
Internet Explorer - Click the gear icon at the top right corner of the Internet Explorer window and select "Internet Options." Click the "Tools" menu if you don't see a gear icon. Click the "Privacy" tab at the top of the Internet Options dialog.
Click the "Privacy" panel icon at the top of the options window. Click the drop-down box to the right of Firefox Will and select "Use Custom Settings for History."
Google Chrome - Click the wrench icon at the top right corner of the Google Chrome window and select "Options." Click the "Under the Hood" tab at the left side of the options page.
