Copy machines allow you to make duplicates of documents that could be necessary if you are filing documents or wishing to send documents to another party. In time, the paper trays of your copy machine will need to be refilled. Loading the paper correctly into a copy machine will help you reduce paper jams and avoid other complications while using the machine.
Get the right size paper for the empty tray. Depending on your needs or the needs of your office, different trays in the copy machine may take different sizes of paper. Most copy machine trays accommodate standard sizes of paper.
Gather a stack of paper. Tap the edges of the pieces of paper against a table or other surface in order to line up the pieces of paper.
Check for the "Fill to here" line. If you cannot see the line, you will need to remove some paper from the tray.
