Made using the real vanilla bean, this is a truly delicious version of iced coffee. The vanilla pods can be removed, rinsed, dried and reused again and again.
Step One
Ingredients – 5 cups hot, very strong black coffee,2 vanilla pods,2 whole cloves,Crushed ice,3/4 cup cream,Sugar.
Step Two
Pour the hot coffee into a bowl containing the vanilla pods and cloves. Set aside and leave to steep for one hour.
Step Three
Strain the coffee. Discard the cloves and dry the vanilla pods for reuse later.
Step Four
Pour in the flavoured coffee until each glass is full.
Step Five
Sweeten to taste if desired.
