When your kids are begging for pizza and your pocketbook says, “no”, making mini pizzas is a fun and easy alternative. There will be no picking off olives or anchovies or mushrooms because every person gets to choose his own toppings and create personal pizzas that satisfy his taste preferences. The adaptability of the recipes makes mini pizzas an easy way to feed a hungry family or satiate after-school appetites without a lot of effort.
Step One
Ingredients – A can of refrigerated biscuits.A can of pizza sauce.Mozzarella cheese (shredded).Pepperoni or other easy pizza toppings.
Step Two
Place individual biscuits on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Step Three
Press bottom of glass in the middle of each biscuit.
Step Four
Top with cheese and/or pepperoni or topping of your choice.
Step Five
Bake 10-15 minutes in 375 degree oven.
