Propane is a non-renewable fuel that is economical. The convenience of propane makes its use invariably easy. Propane has many uses ranging from a heating source to an engine fuel. Installing a propane tank is an easy process, but safety is paramount when changing a propane hose. Propane is a combustible gas; the slightest spark can cause a massive explosion.
Place the propane tank on level ground. Stabilize the tank with cement blocks.
Attach the new propane hose to the propane tank and the RV. The new propane hose comes with the fitting connectors installed. Align the hose with the fitting connectors to the stem of the propane tank, and to the RV fittings. Turn the connectors clockwise to tighten.
