A delectable Indian sweet that relies on the sweet and perfumed flavour of mango.
Put chopped mango pieces together in a heavy-broad-bottomed-pan (Kadai)
Heat the mixture. Stir constantly, till moisture is evaporated completely and halwa becomes thick.
Add ghee at the end and remove from heat.
Allow to cool. Add grated coconut and/or pistachio nuts if you wish.
Serve or store in a refrigerated environment. Mango Halwa is ready!
