Omelets are like pizza to some degree — you can fill them with whatever you choose and never go wrong. Many people like to add veggies, meats and cheeses, but the combination is only limited by your tastebuds and your imagination. The key is to cook the eggs just the right amount of time so the flavor will be just right.
Add the omelet mixture to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes until egg mixture semi-hardens.
Allow omelet to cook for two to three more minutes, then fold the omelet while still in the pan. Carefully slide it onto the serving plate.
