This is my take on an apple cider i tasted at a beer fest around 4 months ago,
im winging it! no recipe and no method.
its a made up thing, so here goes!
recipe as follows…
1 gallon of apple juice (no additives or preservatives)
3lb of strawberry’s
boiled in 2-3 cups of water
250g dextros
250g dark brown sugar
yeast nutrient
wine yeast
1tsp citric acid
