Margarita drinks come in many variations and flavors. A favorite from south of the border, they are perfect for a warm summer day. Margarita drinks can be mixed and served over ice or placed in a blender to make an excellent frozen drink. They are delicious when served as the traditional Margarita, or can become a frozen, fruit-flavored delight. However you choose to make them, Margarita drinks are very popular and very simple to make. This recipe is for a single Margarita drink, but is easily adapted for a pitcher of Margarita drinks.
Measure and pour 1 1/2 oz. of tequila into a glass. There are many brands of Tequila on the market. Tequila prices can range from around $10 for a cheap tequila up to nearly $500 for the very expensive brands. Is there really a difference in the taste? That would be a definite "yes."
Blend well. This can be done by cupping your hand tightly over the top of the glass and shaking. You can also pour the mixture from one glass to another or place the mixture in a shaker.
