OK, so we all want to be fitter, right? Well here is your guide to staying fit, in your own home, for free. Enjoy!
Step One
Think. When is best for you to work out? Think about when you can, and when its best not to. People will be annoyed if you do it at the wrong times.
Step Two
Choose your exercises. Get a pen and paper, or go on your computer, and write down all the possible exercises you could do, and narrow them down to 5-10 exercises.
Step Three
Do. Go over all of your exercises, and do them. When you are doing, remember that doing 1 star jump isn't enough, get 10-20 of them in!
Step Four
Revise. Revise your exercises, so that you can do them without walking around your house with a piece of paper.
Step Five
Don't eat fatty food or foods with lots of carbohydrates. Don't starve either, that is equally as bad.
